Is it possible to make a full or partly course invoice paid by my employer?

Of course.


When I split the whole price for the course into several payments and end the course earlier, is it possible to pay just for the months I attended the course?

Unfortunately, no. The price of the course is set for the whole year regardless the number of students in the group. Splitting the price is just a one possibility of paying the course, but in the case when the student won't complete the school year he is obliged to pay the rest of the price. Only other solution would be dividing the rest of the sum between other students, which would raise the ultimate price of the course for them. And that would not be fair...


What if I'm ill or can't make it to the lesson?

In a case of an individual course it's the student's duty to call of the lesson 24 hours in advance or it will be billed.  In a case of group courses the lesson will expire. But the student will get information of that lesson. In the most cases the students have an agreement with the lecturer that he will send the entire lesson's information including homework to the student via e-mail.


What if I have irregular work, for example in shifts?

For the individual courses this is not a problem at all. You would have been given a lecturer flexible enough to adapt according to the students needs.
As for the group courses, we try to make groups consisting of students with the same work conditions or those, who can attend at the lessons in a same day. We always try to find the best possible solution.


Shall I join the course already taking place or is it possible to start courses anytime during the year?

Yes, of course. For the individual courses, everything is arranged according to the students needs and the course can start anytime. If the student would like to join a course already taking place, we will find a course for him/her based on information about his or her language level (test, talk with the lecturer) and time capabilities. Student can visit one demonstration lesson for free and then confirm the course.
If there will be more students with similar needs during the year, we will open a new course.


Do I have to purchase any course materials?

No. When the students and the lecturer agree on a textbook, every student can order this textbook via language school and get 10 - 15 % discount. If students don't want new course materials, we provide a simple-bound copy.


Is it possible to have a course at home or in the company?

Yes, of course. We try to adapt to the student's needs and to come into student's home or company is not a problem. This won’t affect the course price.
